In 2021, a group of young specialists with backgrounds in development and humanitarian work united, not through formal employment, but by a shared passion for making real change in their community. Volunteering together, they delivered consulting services to emerging initiatives and successfully designed and evaluated a program to support local CSOs, earning their first recognition from a donor.

Buoyed by repeated successes, the team was invited to participate in larger projects, operating as an informal consulting group with local and international organizations. They contributed to strategic planning and delivered specialized trainings, empowering dozens of youth and women in the development sector. This year marked a turning point, proving their ability to make tangible impact despite limited resources.
